Working with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and his Climate Action Team, along with several other Governors, non-profit organizations, and foundations, Terry is helping to build a plan to deal with U.S. greenhouse gas emissions and join the community of nations that is combating this growing threat.
The federal government has been slow to respond to global warming and the growing body of evidence that we are already suffering serious impacts from climate change to our health, natural resources, and economy in the U.S. But California, several other states, and a long list of cities are developing a response, building a de facto national climate action plan. The world is already taking note.
